Please note the town centre location of Marimar Rooms does mean that you should expect some noise later into the evenings, especially on Weekends and festivals, as well as early morning deliveries - we do provide earplugs just in case!

Our Location

We're based right in the heart of Whitby, just a stone's throw from the famous swing bridge and the lively harbourside that has made this town a favourite for generations of visitors. From your doorstep, you're perfectly placed to explore everything Whitby has to offer, wander across the bridge to watch the fishing boats come and go, browse the independent shops and galleries that line the cobbled streets, or follow in the footsteps of Bram Stoker as you climb the famous 199 steps up to the atmospheric ruins of Whitby Abbey.

Whether it's fresh fish and chips eaten by the water's edge, a browse through Whitby's renowned jet jewellery shops, or a peaceful walk along the West Cliff taking in sweeping views over the harbour and out to sea, you'll find it all within easy reach. Local Parking

Local public parking is just moments away. As with most properties in Whitby, there is no designated parking at any property.
Our top tip is to pull up outside The Endeavour Pub to collect your keys before looking for a parking space. There is a public car park directly opposite the Endeavour Pub on Church Street or Marina Back Carpark is 7/8 minutes away on the other side of the bridge.
