Is there Disabled Access?

The EndeavourAll bedrooms are above the Pub on the first & second floor and there is no lift available. Driftwood DenWhilst the property is on one level there are a minimum of 12 steps to the property depending on which street you access it from. Please assess the suitability of this property for your needs as it is not possible to park directly outside the property and your luggage will need to be walked up or down these steps. There are also additional steps to the Patio & Garden area.The Anchor RoomThis room is on the ground floor however the property is located on a hill which needs to be ascended or can be accessed by steps at the bottom of the hill. Unfortunately the footpath outside the property is uneven and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.Harbour KinghtsIs located on the third floor and there is no lift available.Marimar RoomsAre located on the third & fourth floors and there is no lift available.

How do we make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Visit the website & click on each property to check availability and proceed with a booking.All bookings must be made online through our secure on line booking system, it is not possible to make a booking over the phone as our availability is live across many sites which operate in real time. Please use the website to get the best possible rate, noting that if you use an online agency site such as booking.com their rates will be higher due to commission charges incurred by us.

Deposit & Paying the Balance.

Accepted Answer

On making a reservation a deposit of £50 is taken to secure your booking. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival for Rooms and 28 days prior to arrival for Cottage/ Apartment bookings.

Question 4

Changing or cancelling your booking.

Accepted Answer

We always try to be as flexible as possible but please be aware availability may be limited if you need to change your plans, we may be able to offer you alternative accommodation at one of our other properties.You can cancel for free up to 7 days prior to arrival for Room bookings and 28 days prior to arrival for Cottage bookings.Once the free cancellation period has ended should your plans change then we will do our very best to resell your accommodation and if we are successful we will refund the value of your stay onto a voucher to use against a future booking.Please note insurance is offered when booking your stay and you may wish to consider this, it can be added up until you pay the balance & covers injury, illness, emergency at home & government travel advice for peace of mind.

For more than 2 dogs please contact us as due to space it may depend on the size of your dogs which properties are suitable.Dogs are not permitted on the furniture unless you provide your own coverings.Dogs should not be left unattended in the property at any time, whilst your dog may be ok left at home in familiar surroundings for the comfort of our neighbours we ask you to be with your pets at all times just in case they become unsettled.The following properties are not suitable for Dogs &/or have covenants preventing us allowing Dogs:Marimar RoomsHarbour Knights Penthouse

Do you have Parking?

How do we access the property?

Keys are collected from The Endeavour Pub for all properties, the staff are on hand during your stay should you have any queries and an emergency number will be provided on arrival.

What is arrival and check out time?

Accepted Answer

Arrival is from 3pm with check out by 10am.Early Check in at 1pm & Late Departure until 12 noon.Can be added to your booking for £20 but this must be done at least 24hr prior to arrival or departure to allow us to schedule housekeeping.

Is Linen provided?

All bed linen & towels and are provided.Please note these are not replaced for stays less than 8 nights and we do not offer a housekeeping service during your stay which ensures your privacy and security of personal items, however please do ask the staff if there is something you need during your stay.

What is provided in the kitchen in the cottages / apartment ?

Tea, Coffee, Sugar & milk for your arrival cuppa!Salt & Pepper & Cooking Oil.Basic condiments may be left by other guests and we will leave them in the property if the dates are suitable.Electric Oven with Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Tea Pot, Fridge and small Freezer with Ice Packs and Ice cube trays.Dishcloth, pan scrubber, Washing up liquid, Surface santiser & hand soap, Bin linersCrockery, Cutlery, Glassware, Kitchen utensils and various Pots, pans etc for preparing a light meal.

You’re on holiday and we don't expect you to clean and strip the beds, however it is appreciated if you could wash up any crockery, glasses, pots and pans etc as you go, pop your rubbish in the outside bin if you are staying in a cottage- thank you.

Smoking Policy

All properties are Non Smoking - an automatic cleaning charge of £100 will be applied if you have been smoking in the property. If we become aware of this we may ask you to leave the property during the booking.

It is expected that all guests treat the use of our properties with respect and consider the neighbouring properties during your stay. If we are aware that your behaviour is not conducive to this expectation you will be asked to leave. Example of this may include: smoking in the property, loud noise/music, using drugs No refunds will be offered to guests asked to leave for any unacceptable behaviour. Damage charges may also be levied
